For the second year in a row Strong-Bridge was a superior performer in Consulting Magazine's annual "Best Firms To Work For" survey, which included 236 participating firms in 2009. Among “Small Firms” (between 20 and 499 consultants), Strong-Bridge was noted as a top ten performer in three important categories:

1) “How Often Do Consultants Feel Their Work Meets Their Clients’ Needs? – Strong-Bridge consultants ranked 6th in frequency of answering “ALWAYS”. This result reflects our unwavering focus on client value and is supported by the legion of Strong-Bridge clients offering to serve as references.

2) “Strategy” as a Service Line - Strong-Bridge ranked 4th in this category reflecting our track record developing real world, implementable strategies with our clients.

Strong-Bridge Hires Clark Collins as Director, Banking and Financial Services

Clark Collins joins Strong-Bridge as Director of the newly created Banking and Financial Services Practice. Clark is a 20+ year banking veteran and has served in several senior executive roles across multiple disciplines including, marketing, strategic planning, operations & administrative management and product portfolio management. Clark began his banking career with Glendale Federal Bank in Southern California where he participated in the thrift industry’s first private recapitalization which returned the bank to profitability during the S&L crisis of the late 1990’s. Clark has built several world-class marketing organizations and led several profitable market share and revenue growth initiatives for Bank of America, Charles Schwab and Washington Mutual. In addition to his rich background in the financial services sector, Clark has cross industry general management experience in Publishing, Management Consulting, Renewable Energy and Travel & Tourism.

Clark will be responsible for building out our newest vertical practice (Banking and Financial Services) which we believe offers “new economy” business opportunities for the firm. Given Clark’s diverse background, we will also engage him in Strong-Bridge branding and marketing initiatives. We are very pleased to have Clark Collins become part of the Strong-Bridge team.

Strong-Bridge Listed Among Consulting Magazine's 2008 “Best Small Firms to Work For"

Participating for the first time in Consulting Magazine's "Best Firms To Work For" survey, Strong-Bridge was listed in two "Top 10" lists for small firms in 2008. Strong-Bridge was listed among the top ten for the following two survey questions:

o How Often Does Your Work Have a Positive Impact on Clients?
o How Often Does Your Firm Meet Its Clients' Needs?

A total of 205 firms participated in Consulting Magazine's 2008 "Best Firms to Work For" survey, which is completed annually by consultants from across the United States. Strong-Bridge hires Tom Rayner as Director of Business Development

Tom Rayner joins Strong-Bridge as Director of Business Development. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in the Wireless Telecommunications industry, a broad set of skills, and a strong balance of consulting and industry experience. Tom began his career writing software for Blount International and Micron Technology before spending 4 years at Deloitte Consulting performing project and process management functions. For the last 5 years prior to joining Strong-Bridge Tom provided strategy, process and project leadership in Customer Service and Sales for T-Mobile USA.

Tom’s new role will include matching Strong-Bridge’s unique and valuable talent with customers who need no-nonsense, experienced partners that can get any job done. In addition, Tom will focus on development of Strong-Bridge’s core service delivery methodologies. We are very pleased to have Tom Rayner become a part of the Strong-Bridge team.
